By engaging Steinbicker Pressure Washing for any service, or by browsing this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

We provide exterior cleaning services including but not limited to house washing, roof cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning, patio and paver cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, and window cleaning. Specific scope, methods, and materials will be outlined in your individual estimate.

All quotes are free and provided in good faith based on the information available to us. Quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may be adjusted if on-site conditions differ materially from what was described or photographed at quoting. Any change in scope will be communicated and approved by you before work proceeds.

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Weather, equipment, or safety conditions may occasionally require us to reschedule — we will contact you as early as possible if this occurs.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and personal checks as our standard payment methods. Credit and debit cards are accepted only under certain circumstances and may require additional processing requirements. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Past-due balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month, the maximum allowed by North Carolina law.

Before our arrival, please:

• Close all windows and exterior doors.
• Move vehicles, patio furniture, grills, or fragile items out of the work area.
• Ensure access to outdoor water spigots and electrical outlets.
• Restrain pets indoors during the service window.
• Notify us in advance of any sensitive landscaping, leaks, loose siding, or known damage.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions including but not limited to: failed seals, loose siding, rotted wood, improperly installed windows, faulty roofing, oxidized paint, or aging caulk. We will always inform you of conditions we observe before proceeding.

We take great care with every property we service. In the rare event of damage caused by our work, please notify us within 48 hours so we can inspect and resolve the issue promptly. We do not accept claims reported after this window.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with any portion of completed work, contact us within 7 days and we will return to address your concern at no additional cost, provided the issue falls within the original scope of service.

Information you submit through our contact and quote forms (name, phone, email, message) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide service. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Submissions are stored securely on our servers.

All content on this website — including text, images, photographs, and graphics — is the property of Steinbicker Pressure Washing or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or republish content without prior written consent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Alamance County, North Carolina.
